How we offer the solution?
Through several research and interview efforts, our team identified a number of important needs that would be integrated into this product feature. We created a website with a sidebar navigation menu on the left with several menu items containing the main needs of users, while the right side of the website provides more complete information.
The sidebar navigation menu was chosen for the reason that it is more neat, informative, and it makes it easier for users to explore website; in addition, the sidebar navigation menu is easy to see, easy to reach, and faster loading.

Problem
According to the usability studies that we conducted, users encountered several difficulties when they first tried to use these apps. Four out of 12 users do not comprehend the purpose of some of the menu items.
Solution
Based on this problem, we created a guide that new users can follow at the start of their use of the app (onboarding screens). This guide depending on the user’s purpose and role, the learning process may vary.
